GITA THADANI-SECONDARY FRENCH
Bonjour. My name is Gita Thadani and I am originally from India but
Lagos (Nigeria) is home.
My family comprises of a wonderful husband who has been in Lagos
since 1982 and a pair of super twins who graduated from AISL.
I have been teaching French (elementary, middle and high school) at
AISL since 1997 and I must say the downward plunges and upward
shoots have all added to growth, learning, changes and development
in my teaching career. The opportunities offered are numerous and
rich.
Teaching in the undergraduate program in the United States
(Florida) and at the Alliance Française in India has further
added to my enriching experiences.

available after school (except on days we have meetings) for
individual conferences. Your chidren have my phone number should
they require help in homework or should you want a conference
time.
You will find homework assignments for the week on the documents
page. For assignments given in the past, you will find necessary
material on the documents’ page.
Our homework policy is clearly outlined in the opening letter. Our
students are expected to check the website when absent from
school.
Please be sure to check the page on “Announcements”
regularly for important information.
I will post the students’ grades on the website marked
grades, and students and parents will be given the password.
The opening letter of expectations requiring the student's and
parent's signature is posted in the documents section.
