Clase de Español!
Queridos Padres y
Estudiantes,
It's a great honor to be a part of the big
family of AISL. I want to give a warm wlecome to the Elementary
Spanish Class, and wish everyone a year full of
learning!
Our main goal this year will be to offer
students the opportunity to live the experience of Spanish learning
in an active and creative way, and to use this language to
communicate with others. To this end we will be engaging in many
group activities that foster cooperative learning, use technology
to reinforce important skills and play many fun games that will
make the process of learning Spanish much easier.
Some of our weekly activities will include
writing poems and songs, arts and crafts, performing sketches,
writing our autobiographies, playing language games for review, and
of course, celebrating our achievements. This year will also find
our students being challenged with special projects in which they
construct knowledge based on real-life
experiences.
