Introduction
Hello! My name is Mrs. Sarah Anaevune; I am very delighted to be
teaching at the AISL this academic session. I am your IB Physics
and geometry teacher. Prior to joining AISL, I had taught AP/High
School Chemistry/Physics and Biology at Cypress-Ridge High School
and NorthBrook High School, both in Houston,Tx. I hold a BS in
Microbiology, and a Masters Degree in Education from the University
of Houston. I am an alumnus of the University’s
post-baccalaureate teacher training program, with State of
Texas' Teacher certifications in High School Physics, Chemistry and
Biology. I live in Lekki, Lagos with my husband and two young sons,
Samuel and David. I love jogging. Ok that’s all about me for
now.

Mission
Statement
My mission is to develop self-motivated, high performing and well
rounded students who love and are passionate about learning
Physics/Geometry. Students will be held to high expectations in all
schoolwork, homework, relationships, and behavior. I will model and
expect respect, responsibility, and a positive attitude. Students
will leave my class each time very confident and convinced that I
cared about them all.
